Qualys is a cloud platform for vulnerability management and asset inventory. These nodes bring its data into n8n: hosts, detections, IT and OT assets, software components, scans and reports.
The trigger checks VMDR on the interval you set and starts a workflow when something changes, since Qualys sends no notifications for these. Both nodes only read.
