Who we are

This website, synergy.eu, is run by SYNERGY Consulting UAB, company code 300129699, Laisves Ave. 78B, Vilnius LT-05263, Lithuania (“SYNERGY”, “we”). We decide how personal data collected through this website is used. Contact us at hello@synergy.eu or +370 5 248 73 61.

What we collect and why

When you fill in a form (a trial request, or a contact or meeting request), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use them to reply to you, send the trial you asked for, and follow up on it. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

When you buy from us, payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address and billing details to fulfil your order and keep the accounting records the law requires.

Only if you accept cookies, we use:

  • Google Analytics, which shows us how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
  • The LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measures the results of our LinkedIn ads and lets us show ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited our site.

You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Who receives your data

These service providers process data on our behalf:

  • Webflow, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
  • Microsoft, which provides our email
  • Stripe, which handles payments
  • Google, for analytics, only if you accept cookies
  • LinkedIn, for ad measurement, only if you accept cookies

We do not sell your data.

Transfers outside Europe

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR: an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: 2 years after our last contact with you.
  • Purchase records: as long as accounting law requires.
  • Cookies: they stay on your device for the periods Google and LinkedIn set. You can delete them in your browser at any time.

Your rights

The personal data we keep from this website is what you send us through its forms, held in our email and in Webflow. If you buy from us, we also keep your order records.

You can ask us to delete your data. We will delete it and confirm by email. You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it or contacting you, and we will reply by email.

Write to hello@synergy.eu. We answer within one month. You can also complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
