n8n Connector

Overview

The connector that links the n8n platform to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM: a set of SYNERGY-built n8n nodes that read and write Ivanti incidents, problems and records, and that every SYNERGY workflow use case requires. The subscription is licensed once per client, whatever the number of use cases, and covers access to the connector packages and their updates through SYNERGY's credentialed package registry.

Prerequisites

• An n8n platform deployment by SYNERGY (Standard or Advanced), including its private package registry.
• An Ivanti Neurons for ITSM tenancy with an API user account and credentials authorised for the records the workflow use cases will process.

n8n Connector for Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is delivered as an annual subscription.

Services

• Issues and configures the client's package-registry API key, granting access to the connector packages.
• Publishes connector updates to SYNERGY's package registries for installation through the client's private registry.

Deliverables

• The connector node packages, installable in all client environments through the private package registry.
• An active registry API key for the subscription term.

Acceptance criteria

• The connector node packages install into the client's n8n environments from the private package registry using the issued API key.
• The installed nodes read and write the Ivanti record types the client's authorised API account permits.
• Connector updates published during the term are installable through the same registry with the same key.
• The API key remains valid for the subscription term.

Notes

• Term: 12 months from activation, renewing annually.
• Delivery: remote only.
• Delivered collaboratively: the client installs the connector packages into its own n8n environments through its private package registry, and keeps the issued API key in use for the term.
• Licensing: licensed once per client organisation, regardless of the number of workflow use cases deployed. Access to the package registry and connector updates ceases if the subscription lapses.
• Acceptance: correct operation is specified by the acceptance criteria above and is observable in the running service throughout the term. There is no completion notice, objection window or countersignature — renewal is the acceptance.
• Scope exclusions: installation and configuration of the connector within workflows, performed by the workflow use-case deployment SKUs; support and troubleshooting of deployed workflows, included in each workflow use-case subscription; Ivanti Neurons for ITSM licensing, configuration and administration; custom and bespoke integrations, see the standard integration SKUs.
• Statement of Work: requires a mutually agreed Statement of Work detailing scope and deliverables.
